By signing above, I authorize STONERIVER VINEYARDS to bill my credit card for wine and shipping charges associated with my club shipments. I may cancel my club membership after the receipt of four shipments with written or emailed notice. I certify that I am 21 years or older and understand that identification showing proof of age (21) is required for delivery. Packages will not be left at the door of the recipient. STONERIVER is not responsible for any return shipping charges due to inaccurate addresses. It is my obligation to convey address changes prior to shipping.
